From Control-M Workload Automation GUI - Planning Domain -> open job definition, under General Tab -> SAP-More section -> Post Job Action -> Output Management, select "Don't copy" from the drop down list for both Spool and Job log fields.
Default values are:

Spool: do not copy
Job log: Copy to sysout

Update the fields as required and check it in to apply the changes.
