When validating a new Control-M for Informatica connection profile the following error appear: Fail to validate account <profile name> INF7003

After enabling debug on the Control-M/Agent and reproducing the issue, the following messages appear on the InfCmContainer.log

Cause

This issue occurs when web service is unable to communicate with the Integration Service.

Solution

Please verify the following:

Verify that the Informatica Web Services Hub is defined and running.
Validate that the Integration Service is up and running.
Verify that in the Control-M for Informatica connection profile is pointing to the proper host and port for the Web Services Hub.

The Web Services Hub is the Informatica process that must be running to allow connections from external clients such as Control-M for Informatica.

This problem can also occur if the CM for Informatica Connection Profile located in the Control-M Configuration Manager has whitespaces in fields.
