Symptoms:
- When attempting to discover a new Control-M Agent, the error message "Control-M Server is not authorized for this Agent" is received

Solution:
- Follow these steps to set the correct Authorized Control-M Server name within the Agent agent configuration

- If the Agent runs on Windows:
  1. Open a CMD window on the machine where the Agent runs
  2. Execute the ctmagcfg command
  3. In the settings menu select option 4 Authorized Control-M/Server Hosts
  4. Type the new Control-M Server name the Agent must point to
  5. Save the changes and exit


- If the agent runs on Unix or Linux:
  1. Open a shell prompt on the machine where the Agent runs
  2. Execute the ctmagcfg command
  3. In the settings menu select option 4 Authorized Control-M/Server Hosts
  4. Select option 1 Add new Host Name, and type the new Control-M Server name
  5. Select option 2 Delete Host Name and select the old Control-M Server name, to delete this entry from the Agent settings
  6. Repeat step 4 or 5 for each Authorized Server that will be added or removed
  7. Save the changes and exit
