How do I send files to BMC support?

You can send files to BMC support using one of the following methods below. In general it is recommended to zip the files before sending this can reduce the size of the file significantly.
Instead of multiple files separately, it is a good apporach to send the files in a single zip archive.

Support site

You can upload attachments via the BMC support site UI (http://www.bmc.com/support).
You can upload file with size lower that 2G

Email

You can compress files (for example, log files or screenshots) and send them to Customer Support as email attachments.
A lot of mail server are blocking mails with large attachments, therefore it is not recommended to send files lagers as 10 MB with an email attachement

SFT

If you need to share with support file with size greather that 2G, you can use the SFT.
