Control-M/Agent support Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 8 started with version 9.0.19.200
Oracle Linux (OL) 8 started with version 9.0.20.000

Control-M Agent will work with RHEL 8.3 with the following requirements

Requirement: install libnsl.so.1 library.
Minor version is supported according to vendor support.

NOTE:
New installations of Red Hat 8 & 9 may by default set the /tmp file system with noexec, which may require changing that file system to allow execution, or you may need to extract the Control-M/Agent installer to a different file system.
