Where is the TimeZone.dat file for Control-M Server, Control-M Enterprise Manager (EM) Server and Control-M Enterprise Manager (EM) Client?
Time Zone information changes in some countries and it is necessary to modify and synchronize the TimeZone.dat file on the Control-M/Server, Control-M/Enterprise Manager Server and Control-M/Enterprise Manager Client for jobs to be scheduled correctly. Note: - If the Timezone.dat file on Control-M EM Server, Control-M EM Client, and Control-M Server are out of synch, unpredictable results can occur for Control-M Forecast & Batch Impact Manager and will not reflect the correct times for jobs/services. - Documentation on DST support can be found in the Admin Guide

Instructions for version 9.0.21 and up can be found here :
In Control-M/Enterprise Manager versions 9.0.00 and later using Linux, there is an additional TimeZone.dat file located in the ~ctm_em/data/validation directory. It will be necessary to update this file as well.
For more information on TimeZone support, please refer to the Control-M Administrator Guide.
Additional Information: The Control-M/Server does not have to be cycled for the change to take effect Due to an issue with Control-M/Server, it must be recycled or the updated TimeZone.dat file will not be used for versions prior to 9.0.21.300 CTM-5009 has been created for this issue and is implemented in version 9.0.21.300, no longer requiring a restart of Control-M/Server.
