By default when a Control-M for IBM InfoSphere DataStage job fails, Control-M returns only the submit status code, which is why you see a minimum/incomplete job output. For example the next output:

In order to get the complete output of those jobs that ended with a submit code different to 1 (default code), please perform the next steps:

1. Navigate to the path "<Agent>/cm/DATASTAGE/data/"
2. With a text editor open the "ds_mapping.xml", go to the line where "RUN_JOB" attribute is located (search for string "RUN_JOB").
3. Change the value of the SuccessCode parameter from "1" to "0,1,2,3,11,12,13,21,96,97,98,99" (these are all the possible submit status codes). Save the file.
4. Navigate to the path "<Agent>/cm/DATASTAGE/exe/", restart the container by executing:

ctmdatastage_container stop

5. Validate that you get the complete output for the jobs that were failing.
