Problem

The order process failed and the message
IOA734I ERROR DURING UPDATE REASON CODE=0326
is issued for SMART table that were updated using CTMTBUPD utility.

Cause

Product Defect - CTM00003377 - CTM-3377

Solution

Apply PTF PG05277 (BMC APAR BM11615).
This PTF is part of maintenance 9.0.20.100.
CTM00003377 addresses this APAR/CCID.
