Connection errors when attempting to upgrade to CES 20.09-Keystore and Keyfile adjustments

Cause

The upgrade install is overwriting the config files which causes connection errors for secure connections. Restoring the config files from backup files fixes it. Therefore, make backups of the config files before upgrading.

Solution

Possible solutions:

Copy config files before doing an upgrade in case the installs continue to decline
Get collect support files...copy config files but not the keystore or keyring files.
Instructions would need to be provided in order to get config files out of collect support files
