BMC provides a Conversion Tool (find it attached) to ease the content migration from BMC Helix ITSM Smart Reporting to BMC Helix Dashboards.

Minimum requirements to use the Conversion Tool:

• BMC Helix ITSM Smart Reporting 21.05.03 hotfix 10 / 21.3.03 hotfix 5
• BMC Helix Dashboards 22.2.00
• Open JDK 11
• To have the JAVA_HOME environment variable configured

Note: You can still use conversion utility if your Smart Reporting version is 20.02 or 20.08, however you should update your Yellowfin license to the latest version if you have Smart Reporting 20.02 or 20.08 versions. Latest yellowfin License file can be uploaded from 20.02 version onwards.

Follow below steps to upload license file:

1. Login to Smart Reporting with "siadmin" to the "Default" organisation
2. Navigate to "Administration" > "Licence Management"
3. Click on "Upload License" section
4. Choose attached file and upload
