Control-M/Enterprise Manager  GUI Server and other processes will not start when installed on Linux SUSE 15 SP4, RH 9.3

For Control-M/Enterprise Manager 9.0.21 running on RHEL 9, the next error is registered in the "std.log" files generated under the "wrapper_output" directory.

Tracking Information: CTM-8641 has been implemented in Control-M/Enterprise Manager  9.0.21.300.

Alternate Solution:          

Upgrade to SP5 or follow the below instructions for small to medium environments. (NOTE: If SP6 is already installed, just the steps need to be followed. There is no need to revert back to SP5)

1. Go to ~/ctm_em/bin
2. Shut all Control-M/EM processes down (stop_all)
3. Run "ps -ef | grep <em account>" to confirm there are no Control-M/EM processes still running in the background otherwise kill them
4. Backup emguisrv, embimsrv, emforecastsrv and emselfservicesrv binaries by changing their names (add {}bkp in their names by rename i.e.: mv emguisrv emguisrv_{_}bkp )
5. Rename binaries without smartheap as follows:
   emguisrv_NoSmartHeap -> emguisrv
   embimsrv_NoSmartHeap -> embimsrv
   emforecastsrv_NoSmartHeap -> emforecastsrv
   emselfservicesrv_NoSmartHeap -> emselfservicesrv
6. Start all Control-M/EM process by running the start_all command or from root_menu

2. mv $home/ctm_em/bin/emguisrv_NoSmartHeap  $home/ctmem/bin/emguisrv
