Problem

After upgrading Chrome or Edge to version 146, Control-M Web is stuck on a Loading screen after logging in.

This occurs with Control-M/Enterprise Manager 9.0.21.000 and below, including 9.0.20.200 and 9.0.20.100 as well.

Cause

Chrome 146 incompatibility with AngularJS library provided in EM 9.0.21.000 and below, including 9.0.20.200 and 9.0.20.100

Solution

Option 1

Use Chrome or Edge versions 145 or lower. Do not upgrade to version 146.

NOTE: Do not open the About screen for Edge or Chrome.
Doing so will initiate an upgrade.
Instead, visit chrome://version to check the browser version.

Option 2

Upgrade Enterprise Manager to version 9.0.21.200 or higher, which no longer use AngularJS
