Will changing the IP address of the Server where Remedy runs require a new AR Server License? |

Legacy ID:KA312286 Changing the IP address onthe platform does not require a new Remedy AR Server license to be issued.The license key is generated based on the hostid entry displayed in the Remedy Add/Remove Licenses form which is the MAC Address defined in the OS. Changing the IP address does not change the hostid of the machine - hence no new keys need to be generated.
