If there is an error during the submission of a Service Request, there is a record created in CAI events. How do we manually process these Requests after we correct that error. Example: A user submits a Service Request and the Request status shows "Planning". If this user's profile is missing some information, it errors out on SRM:Request and a record is created in CAI:Events. |
