To delete cache manually, the following files / directories can be deleted as follows.
1) Stop MidTier service (Tomcat, IIS, etc).
2) Delete the following files / directories.
<MidTier Install Dir>\cache
<MidTier Install Dir>\cachetemp (if exists)
<MidTier Install Dir>\PluginCache
<MidTier Install Dir>\WEB-INF/classes/viewStats.dat
<Tomcat Install Dir>\work\Catalina\localhost\arsys
3) When possible, we also recommend to delete the following files to prevent cache corruption.
- Go to "<tomcat install directory>\conf" directory. If you find "server.xml.backup" files, delete all of them.
- Go to "<tomcat install directory>\conf\Catalina\localhost" directory. If you find "arsys.xml.backup" files, delete all of them.
4) Start MidTier service.
