This may be accomplished by defining an e-mail shout destination in the active shout destination table in the Control-M Configuration Manager (CCM) GUI.

Note: In Control-M/Enterprise Manager 9.0.21.300, the "Shout Destination Manager" has been moved to Control-M Web and is labeled as "Notification Destinations".







You can specify multiple email addresses in a single shout destination by separating them with semicolons (;).
If multiple email addresses are needed, an email list address can also be used. 
It is not necessary to recycle any component after creating the new shout destination. It will be available immediately.
Then, you may specify that shout destination in a "Notification before job completion" in the job definition.

The first time that you use a newly defined shout destination, it will not appear in the drop-down list in the notification definition, so so it must be manually typed in the first time.


You will also need to configure SMTP Parameters in Control-M/Server for Shout to work. If you haven't already configured SMTP yet, Knowledge Article 000310079  provides you with necessary steps to accomplish this.
