Can the Windows Update Service be disabled if using the BCM Patch Management module?

How to create Group Policy Objects (GPO) to set Windows Update Service as required?
The patch management module, based on Ivanti's Patch SDK, requires that Windows Update Service should be set to "Manual".

If set to:
- Disable : it it will not be capable of patching .msus anymore
- Automatic : it will most likely keep on patching automatically, instead of letting BCM's Patch Management Module take care of the patching.
