Issue:

1. How to install agent without System tray Icon ?
2. How to block access to the Myapps web interfaces ?

Solution 1: Create a Rollout and push it to the device (For only Fresh install)

• Create a New Rollout using Rollout Wizard.
• Go to Global Settings -> Rollouts -> Right click on right pane
• Choose Create Rollout wizard

• Choose Configure MyApps option.

• Click next until User Interface and Reboot Management.

• Click Next and assign the target and now onwards you're all device do not have agent icon in system tray by using this install rollout..
• Done.

How to turn off the Systemtray icon on Existing devices.

• Create an Operational Rule.
• Add steps called ' Agent Parameter Setup '
• Update the Setting called 'Icon Mode in SysTray to HIDDEN

• Also add another step to reflect the changes immediately : Restart Agent.
• Assign the rule to devices where the the System Tray icon has to be hidden.

Solution 2 for Blocking Myapps User Interface completely:
 

• Create a new operational rule.
• Add step called " Agent Interface Access configuration"

Set options as follows:

• Add steps called ' Agent Parameter Setup '
• Check the checkbox next to the 'Icon Mode in SysTray' option and set the combo box to 'HIDDEN'

• Add the 'Restart Agent' step to reflect the changes on the end points.
• Assign to the devices or device group where the System Tray icon has to be hidden.
