When submitting a Service Request via MyIT, the error:

48255: "", "2 records have been found for the Incident contact information you have provided. Please talk to your data administrator to make this data unique.";

is occurring.

Cause

Missing SRM:AppTargetData record for 'Direct Contact Login ID' (304313260)

Solution
