Application Service Password not in sync
This knowledge article may contain information that does not apply to version 21.05 or later which runs in a container environment. Please refer to Article Number 000385088 for more information about troubleshooting BMC products in containers. 1. Reset the same Application Service Password again from the AR Server Admin Console > General > Server Information. a) Quick Links > AR System Administration > AR System Administration Console b) System > General > Server Information c) Connection Settings tab. Set again the Application Service Password and press Apply and OK, 2. Restart AR Server service (In case of Server Group, restart all AR Server in rolling manner) and access Report Console again.
