The CM for Web Service call is failing in the job.

The Control-M/Agent <agent_home>/proclog/AS.xxx Log shows the following:

0525 21:44:38:853 AS:send failed :Bad file number
0525 21:44:38:853 AS:ErrorSet: Cannot send parameters to WS CM Extension
0525 21:44:38:853 AS:Fail to send CCM request
0525 21:44:38:853 AS:Error: 'Cannot send parameters to WS CM Extension'
bpi ws failure.

1. Login as the Control-M/Agent on the machine where the Control-M for Web Service is installed
2. Navigate to the <AGENT_HOME>/default/data/ directory
3. Make a backup copy of the wsprofile.dat file (cp wsprofile.dat wsprofile.dat_<todaysdate>
4. Edit the file wsprofile.dat
5. Change the WSHOSTNAME parameter to the FQDN (Fully Qualified Domain Name) for the web server, for example myserver.mycompany.com
6. Change JRE_BIN name to the bin directory for the Java being used (Check with a Unix system administrator for assistance in determine which Java is being used if necessary)
