There is a requirement to allow end users to order jobs from Self Service. However, current design of Self Service only allows ordering a service based on the SMART folder or specific jobs from a service definition, resulting many service definitions to be defined based on the number of SMART folders or jobs available, in order for end users to be able to order a service from Self Service.

1. Define a job that will executes 'CTMORDER' utility accepting variables for job name, folder name and order date.
2. Define a Self Service definition for this job and the Orderable Service parameters accepting the job name,folder name and order date.
3. Self Service end users can use this service definition to order a service as and when they need it.
4. This will avoid creating self service definition excessively.

 Version  V19 will allow folder/job order from the Control-M Self Service planning domain.
