CMDB synchronization has error:

An error occurred committing the Atrium transaction. The transaction has been rolled back.ERROR (9093): User is currently connected from another machine.

The user account specified for the sync does not have enough privileges for the synchronization. This explains the error message: non-admin users can't connect to the CMDB more than once.

The user must be a member of the Remedy administrator group and have these permissions:

group list = Administrator
group= CMDB Definitions Admin Group; CMDB Console Admin Group; CMDB Console User Group; CMDB Definitions Viewer Group; CMDB Data View Group; CMDB Data Change Group; CMDB RE User Group;
license type= fixed

In some cases where permission is set correctly, changing the license type to 'floating' will resolve ERROR (9093).
