## Details:-- Receiving Error: Exception occur while retrieving USM data.(ARWARN 150502) after applying SP2 for ITSM 7.6.04 and SRM 7.6.04. It says: The preceding message occurred during the execution of active link MH:SRS:ADN:SHR_WindowOpen_GetSRDDetails -- action 1. Cause of this I am not able to access any SRD on Request Entry Console as it keep giving me the same error.

## Solution:--

==>1) The Problem seems to be with the Atrium Path under Configuration and Plug-in Files.
-- For Example:--
Incorrect Path: D:\BMCSoftware\BMCAtriumCore\cmdb
Correct Path: D:\BMCSoftware\BMCAtriumCore\BMCAtriumCore\cmdb

-- You need to first check and find the correct path and then apply the changes
-- We need to update the correct Atrium Path in the following files:--
1) ar.cfg
2) armonitor.cfg
3) C:\Program Files\BMC Software\AtriumCore\cmdb\plugins\ne\pluginsvr_config.xml and log4j_pluginsvr.xml
4) c:\Program Files\BMC Software\AtriumCore\cmdb\plugins\shared\pluginsvr_config.xml and log4j_pluginsvr.xml
5) D:\BMCSoftware\BMCARSystem\pluginsvr\pluginsvr_config.xml

--The Above path is just a reference and will be different in different scenarios. However, the point of check is in the above mentioned file.
-- Once the Correct Path is mentioned, then Restart the AR Server Services and test the issue again.

==>2 Its cause the SRD is been Imported on the new server
-- Open the Service Request Definition Base Form.
-- Select the SRD where we are getting the issue.
-- Make a note of the "RO Instance ID"
-- Search the Instance Id on Form: BMC.CORE:BMC_RequestableOffering
-- You may or may not get data based on the Instance Id
-- In both the case, delete the 3 fields from the Service Request Definition Base Form: RO Instance ID, RO Recon ID and RO Dataset ID (make these 3 fields blank)
-- Save the Service Request Definition Base Form
-- Re-Login to the Request Entry Console and access the SRD, we dont get the error again.
