Check the permissions on the /home/agent directory from the above example.
The /home/agent directory may be set as something such as 700. Setting to 755 may work if this is acceptable to the Unix Administrator.

Another possibility is to check the job owner's Unix account and set it as part of the Control-M/Agent's group.

Also verify on Linux 64 that has the correct pam package installed
