This knowledge article may contain information that does not apply to version 21.05 or later which runs in a container environment. Please refer to Article Number 000385088 for more information about troubleshooting BMC products in containers. This will be observed from HF bundle: SR_ARS_9.1_HF_20160818_CU_ALL onward where the defect SW00514582 code was added. The changes done addressing this defect was it made mandatory to use the environment variables ARDATE, ARTIMEONLY and ARDATEONLY and the OS settings would not be taken into account. This has been corrected in the defect: - For 9.1 / 9.1 P001 version: ............. SW00520312 - date format english in workflow though server is running in DE locale ............. and the HF bundle containing the solution is SR_ARS_9.1_HF_20161204_CU_ALL or later. - For 9.1 SP2 version: ............. SW00522119 - Date formats in English in workflow for character fields even though server is running in DE locale ............. and the HF bundle containing the solution is SR_ARS_9.1.02_HF_20170105_CU_ALL or later. If you have a HF version string dated between the 18th of August until the 11th of December you will experience this behavior (ARS 9.1) Note: If the mentioned HF is not in place and as explained above, a workaround in case you have an older HF bundle is actually add the environment variables ARDATE, ARTIMEONLY and ARDATEONLY Contact BMC Support if you want to have the latest HotFix bundle. |
