While trying to open Data Management Console, and if below error is displayed
- The check could not verify the Remedy Application password for 'Remedy Application Service' , the Password field is empty. Then the root cause is that the Server-Connect-Name in Centralized config does not match the value in UDM:RAppPassword.

Check if 'UDM:RAppPassword' form has entries for all servers in group or current host

Follow the numbers in the screen cap below. Do not change the Server name value in UDM:RAppPassword.
Instead change the Server-Connect-Name value in Centralized Config. The DMT Job console should work immediately after saving the Server Name value from AR UDM Remedy Application Password:



If system is in AR Server Group then make sure that this matches the server hostname with the "Default" box checked in UDM:Config form.
 

In the meantime, as a temporary workaround, -

Disable the below filter if customer is  not a part of server group
DMT:DSV:Service~DMT_PRE_CHECK_NotSG

If customer is in server group and get this issue, find similar filter for SG and disable it.
