Events are only kept for 24 hours on the TSPS server which is not long enough.

Here is the information on how to change event retention on TSPS
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
To increase the event pruning period in TSPS execute the following steps.
1. To check the current pruning time , execute below command. By default It will return 1440. The value 1440 means it is 24 hours.
tssh.bat properties list | find "EVENTS_PRUNING_PERIOD"

2. To change the value, execute below command. To change the value to 14 days, it will be 1440 * 14 = 20160
tssh.bat properties set EVENTS_PRUNING_PERIOD 20160

3. You check the value is updated or not using the first command, i.e.
tssh.bat properties list | find "EVENTS_PRUNING_PERIOD"

Once the value is set properly, restart TSPS:
tssh.bat server stop
tssh.bat server start
