Problem

Symptoms:
- CONTROL-M for Databases jobs failed with error: DB0001 = Error while trying to set parameter value in index <X>
- The dbcontainer log gives the following DB error when Control-M Agent is put in debug mode:
DB2 SQL Error: SQLCODE=-551, SQLSTATE=42501, SQLERRMC=OSDB_ETL;EXECUTE;OSDB_NY_PRO.ETL_TEST, DRIVER=4.19.26

Cause

Privileges and authorities granted to groups are not considered when creating views, materialized query tables (MQTs), SQL routines, triggers, and packages containing static SQL.
Avoid this restriction by using roles instead of groups.
