Problem

Customer correctly configured RSSO for Kerberos and integrated this with DWP (Service Broker). However when they tried to access the service broker catalogue they were redirected to the SB (DWP) login page.
We could see that the user was authenticated successfully via Kerberos as the user session could be seen in the sessions list, RSSO sever logging confirmed this.
However looking at the arstart.log on the SB server would could see that the user was receiving ARERR 623.

Cause

Backchannel service URL was pointing to the MidTier URL e.g. https://myMidTierwebserver.company.com:8443/arsys

Solution

After changing the back channel URL RSSO admin console> General> Server configuration> Advanced to the RSSO URL the users could login successfully to the Service broker catalogue.
