This knowledge article may contain information that does not apply to version 21.05 or later which runs in a container environment. Please refer to Article Number 000385088 for more information about troubleshooting BMC products in containers. The customer was trying to run the Atrium Integrator Job from the Application Pending form. Here is the link for setting up Event Driven Jobs: Setting up event driven jobs in Atrium Integrator As mentioned in the document after choosing the 'Save' option the job is not executed Check the filter NGIE:EventJobStart is enabled. If this filter is not enabled the job will not be executed and there will not be an entry in UDM:JobLog even after enabling logging in Job and transformation Next as mentioned in the document after choosing the 'Save' option the job is executed, and it can be verified from UDM:ExecutionStatus form. However, the Job entry remained in the 'Pending' state in the Application Pending form. Here are the steps you need to follow to remove that entry from the 'Pending' state: This behavior is managed by the filter: NGIE: EventJobFinished. This filter runs on UDM:JobLog form, so if the job has not been properly set for logging, it will not work. Please check that the filter is there, active, and that the jobs are logging to UDM:JobLog. Once you verify this the Job entries will go to the 'Deleted' state. You need to create an Escalation to remove these 'Deleted' Entries from the Application Pending form. Attaching the Escalation to this article. |
