Make sure that pop-up blockers are disabled for the Electronic Product Distribution (EPD) site. When you download the deployment script for BMC Helix Operations Management - OnPrem, the download for the token should popup at the same time. If pop-up blockers are enabled on the browser, that would prevent the token download from occurring. |
