Remove the additional jar files from the JDBC driver folder. The following steps can be used:
1. In the JDBC driver directory, create a backup directory (for example "enubk") next to the "enu" directory.
2. Then cut and paste the 2 files that do not match the current Control-M/Agent's java version. For example if the Control-M/Agent currently uses JRE version 8, the files "mssql-jdbc-8.4.1.jre11.jar" and "mssql-jdbc-8.4.1.jre14.jar" should be moved from the directory "sqljdbc_8.4.1.0_enu\sqljdbc_8.4\enu\" to the backup directory (in this example, the only JAR file that should be left in the directory is "mssql-jdbc-8.4.1.jre8.jar").
3. If one of the 2 jar files cannot be moved due to an error message "The action can't be completed because the file is open in java.exe", this indicates that the incorrect driver was in use by the Control-M/Agent. Stop the Control-M/Agent and move the files.
