STEPS to REPRODUCE: 1. After fresh install or upgrade of BMC Digital Workplace to version 20.02.02 (or 20.02.03). 2. Submit request with an approval. 3. Open approval and click Approve or Reject button. Error message appears : "There was a server error. Please try again. If this issue persists, please contact your helpdesk for further assistance. " EXPECTED RESULT: Approver should be able to Approve/Reject request without error. |
