Problem

When following the documentation:
https://docs.bmc.com/docs/ac2002/configuring-the-url-to-access-cmdb-portal-through-mid-tier-908214277.html

after adding the url in:
com.bmc.arsys.server.shared > *
and trying to access the CMDB Portal the following error is displayed in the browser:

Cause

Solution

Check the following:

1- Configure to use short name for AR Server in the Midtier configuration tool.
2- Use the short name in the Redirect-URL in com.bmc.arsys.server.shared component in CCS.
3- Open Atrium Core --> Configuration Manager Dashboard to verify it redirects correctly to the CMDB UI as expected.
