How to change the default time zone for all the users in BHOM? Steps to reproduce: 1. Create a user in Helix Portal (user type "local" Internal User) 2. Log in to Helix Portal using the newly created user and cross-launch BMC Helix Operation Manager. It is showing the default time zone for the user as GMT-00:00 |
This is identified as a request for enhancement (RFE) DRE21-6148, and the tentative fix version is 24.2.00. For now as a workaround please follow the below steps: 1. Log in to Helix Portal using the newly created user and cross-launch BMC Helix Operation Management 2. Click "User Preferences > Edit" 3.
