After upgrading to Control-M/Enterprise Manager 9.0.21 and selecting MFT B2B from the CCM (Control-M Configuration Manager) or the MFT Enterprise Configuration in the Control-M Web Client, it opens a web page with the messages:

There are no Sites Configured

Configure MFT Enterprise and add your first Site to get started

A compatible version of Control-M MFT is not installed. Install at least one compatible version of Control-M MFT, and then try again. For more information, see Release Notes.

or

Install a compatible version of Control-M MFT to use MFT Enterprise.

If the MFT version will not be upgraded at the same time as Control-M/Enterprise Manager 9.0.21, the recommendation is to upgrade the environment in the following order:

1. Make sure that the Control-M/Server version is at 9.0.20.207 or above.

2. Make sure that the Control-M/Enterprise Manager version is at 9.0.20 or above.

3. Upgrade Managed File transfer and the Managed File transfer B2B gateways to 9.0.21 before upgrading the Control-M/Enterprise Manager.
