Steps:
-Create a Studio page from Digital Workplace Admin Console
-Select Catalog Section block
-Click on Catalog Section Block and notice that on the left side panel,some options e.g. Theme.Tile Size,Tile shadow and more options are not available/missing

The below option is not enabled in for the view in  DWP Admin Console->Configuration->Application Feature-> setting "User enhanced catalog section and tile framework"

The sizes of content block are proportions of their parent width, as defined during design. So they don't have a defined size, and their sizes depend on if they are added to columns or are full width, and ultimately the screen size. The size of the media depends also on definitions during design time: the height of the block, added margins and padding, and the configuration of the asset itself (if it's added as a background or a media, for example, and the style chosen, e.g., cover vs fit options). The general answer is "depends on the parameter chosen during design time"
