Question

BWF Catalog Administrators should be able to see and edit BWF catalog items only. Is there no way to do that?

Answer

Yes, Using an Admin account, update the BWF account, for example, "bwf-admin" on CTM:People > IS Personas and remove all myit-sb permissions. Just left "Case Catalog Administrator" as showed below:

Then go to DWP Catalog app > Catalog > Subcatalogs and open "Business Workflows Sub Catalog" then User Roles > Add > "bwf-admin"

After that, "bwf-admin" account is able to see and edit BWF catalog item only.
