21.3.10 HF was applied to customer over the weekend which re-created the OOTB Task Approval Flow "New Level Flow", thanks to this Tasks created after HF appliance showed this approval as the first level of approval.
As this was not required by customer, they removed the OOTB Flow and in order to get the right approvers for the task records they manipulated the back record associated to the TASK on "com.bmc.dsm.task-lib:Task Detail Signature" table, by modifying the "Approvers Secondary" and "Process Secondary" fields as follows

For request which are changed as mentioned above ,"processInstanceId" needs to be updated on "AP:Detail" record.

Value for processInstanceId = Process ID from 'AP:Process Definition'

When checked further, above field was not available on any of the view on Midtier or not able to change using Data editor as menu is attached which is not supported in IS.

This can be handled using process with update record.
