Customer has to upgrade BMC AMI Enterprise Common Components Version 17.02.00. Someone already receive PTF's for this back in 2022 or 2023, The customer has to now APPLY the maintenance.

Before doing so the customer would like to obtain the latest maintenance PTFs from support central website.

The customer would like to know how to actually download the PTFs so that they can REVIEVE then and APPLY?
