TrueSight Server Automation (TSSA): Trying to Upgrade fails with pending reboot error
When Trying to upgrade TSSA with UPI fails with error saying that server has a pending reboot.

The TrueSight Server Automation UPI Installer fails with error: Pending reboot state is detected for computer. The computer needs to be rebooted before proceeding with this installation. |
Some registry keys do not get updated after server is rebooted and cause that UPI detects that a reboot is still required.
If the error message is still present after server has been rebooted already, please check the below registry keys: The RebootPending value at HKLM:\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Component Based Servicing The RebootRequired value at HKLM:\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\WindowsUpdate\Auto Update The PendingFileRenameOperations value at HKLM:\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager Take a back up of these registry keys and confirm with server team (OS) if above entries can be deleted and rerun the installer after they are not present.
