Problem

When using Control-M Web client in the planning domain when attempting to modify a workspace the web client may hang showing a spinning circle with 'Processing data...'.

Cause

CTM-8602 Control-M Web - Modify jobs operation is stuck with "Processing data..."

Solution

Alternate Solution:
Restart the 'Control-M Web' service either via the CCM or with the following commands:

Unix:
em services-cli -s aisrv-web -stop
em services-cli -s controlm-web -stop

Windows:
services-cli -s aisrv-web -stop;
services-cli -s controlm-web -stop

CTM-8602 has been created to correct this issue and is resolved in version 9.0.21.200.
