Is it possible to install BMC AMI CONSOLE AUTOMATION on non-mainframe HW platforms? |
The customer can install on any Linux platform. This will typically be a Linux image off of the mainframe. The customer can also install on zLinux, but that is not as common. The main considerations for Linux are: Ensuring that there is a supported version of Linux (RedHat or AlmaLinux after Console Management 4.0.12). Ensure there is a supported version of Java installed There is enough memory available (16GB minimum).
