Solution 1:
Update the
description field of DVF records related to CMDB.
- Open "Data Visualization System Files" form.
- Search with Name = atrium-dvm-AtriumWidget%
- You will find 3 records.
- atrium-dvm-AtriumWidget
- atrium-dvm-AtriumWidget-resources
- atrium-dvm-AtriumWidget-3p
- Check that the version is 9.1.10, if you have a different version, delete and import the Widget ZIP files from a working environment or raise a case with BMC to ask for the correct AtriumWidget files
- Update the description for all the records (One can add the "Updated" keyword at the end).
- Open the "Data Visualization Module" form
- Search for 'ModuleName' LIKE "AtriumWidget%"
- One should find 1 record = "AtriumWidget"
- The Atrium-widget.jar file attached should be 42KB Max Size
- Update the description for the record as well, adding suffix "- Updated" at the end.
- Try to access the CMDB Audit and see if it loads fine
