If a user selects "Submitted" Request Notification status from their User Preferences setting in DWP, they receive 2 email notifications from DWP when submitting a request: Initiated and Ordered. Replication Steps: 1) Login to DWP and set your Preferences settings to receive Submitted request notification status 2) Submit an SRM service request (SRM and not Catalog request) ACTUAL RESULTS: You will receive 2 emails: One "Initiated" and another one called "Ordered" 2) Uncheck 'Submitted' and submit a new request again ACTUAL RESULTS: No email is received from DWP after this.
