Below Operational Category (HR Technology > Phenom) has been added in Remedy ITSM from > Applications > Administrator Console > Application Administration Console > Standard Configuration > Operational Category Its visible in the Operational Catalog But its not visible in Business Workflows Create Case or Create Case Template views |
1.- Login to Remedy ITS > Applications > Administrator Console > Application Administration Console > Custom Configuration > Foundation > Operational Catalog 2.- Select the category (HR Technology > Phenom) and click on "Search" 3.- Click on the IS Domains Tags and select the Line Of Business you want to relate the category to (Human Resources) and click on "Add" 4.- Now you will see the category in Business Workflows |
