Follow these steps: 1.- Enable Progressive Views by login to Mid Tier: https://service_name.onbmc.com, then go to Applications > Administrator Console > Application Administration Console > Custom Configuration tab > Foundation > Advanced Options > Progressive Views configuration 2.- Select "Enable Progressive Views" and click on "Apply" 3.- Make sure Innovation Studio URL is specified CCS by login to Mid Tier: https://service_name.onbmc.com, then go to Applications > AR System Administration > AR System Administration Console > System > General > Centralized Configuration 4.- From Component Name, select com.bmc.arsys.smartit > * and make sure parameter "innovation_suite.base.url" is present. innovation_suite.base.url = https://service_name-is.onbmc.com 5.- Enable Innovation Studio Asset Management Console / Innovation Studio Ticket Console by login to Mid Tier: https://service_name.onbmc.com, then go to Applications > AR System Administration > AR System Administration Console > System > General > Centralized Configuration 6.- From Component Name, select com.bmc.arsys.smartit > * and add the following parameters enableISAssetConsole = true enableISCalendar = true enableSharedTicketConsole = true NOTE: Set them to "false" to disable these parameters. 7.- Go to Applications > AR System Administration > AR System Administration Console > System > General > Add or Remove Licenses and make sure number of license is set to 1 for the two components below: com.bmc.dsm.shared-components-lib com.bmc.dsm.shared-services-lib 8. Login to Innovation Studio https://service_name-is.onbmc.com and select "ITSM Application from applications menu 9.- Click on settings (gear icon) and go to Screen Configuration > Manage Views For setting IS based Ticket Console, select "Default IT Ticket Console SM" view for "IT Ticket Console" and click Activate. For setting IS based Asset Console, select "Default Asset Console SM" view for "Asset Console" and click Activate. 10.- Go to Smart IT and click on Console > Asset Console, new Innovation Studio View will be displayed. 11.- Go to Smart IT and click on Console > Ticket Console, new Innovation Studio View will be displayed. |
