Remedy Smart Reporting 20.02 is giving duplicate records while executing report. Updated configuration as below but still issue persist:

1)Check 'Show Duplicate Records' option

2) Remove the rowLimit value from the Smart Reporting ARSystem Data Source custom parameters. The custom parameters should like the below:

refreshCache=60;DateTimeFormat=MM/dd/yyyy hh:mm:ss a;DateFormat=yyyy-MM-dd;

3) Increase the Max Get List value in Reporting AR Server to 50000 or a Higher value.
