How to grant write permissions / assign roles in Helix Dashboards?

How to grant access to users in Helix Dashboards?

Follow the next steps:
1. Access to BMC Helix Portal with an admin account
2. Go to "User access" menu and click on "Users and keys"

3. Search for the desired user and click on the "Actions" button
4. Click on "User options"

5. Under "Roles" click on "Select"

6. Search for "reporting", select the desired role and click on the "Confirm" button

The permission will be granted automatically.
